Hamilton Conservation Foundation

The Hamilton Conservation Foundation supports the HCA in pursuit of its statutory objectives. HCA develops, manages and protects significant natural resources within the Spencer, Chedoke, Red Hill, Stoney-Battlefield and Fifty Creek watersheds, and several smaller drainage areas. HCA also manages over 10,000 acres of land stretching from Grimsby to Puslinch. As the largest landowner in Hamilton, HCA manages land use and water resources in order to prevent hazards to life and property caused by flooding and erosion.
